• If you're booking an appointment for someone else, please use their contact information when asked to ensure they receive the text and email reminders, which also reminds them to read through this information before their appointment.

• There is a 3-4 maximum for piercings, lobe piercings I will do 4 in 1 sitting, other piercings it will be max of 3 rule.

• If you have reserved/pre brought jewellery, please remind myself in the notes when booking in.

• Please don't bring your children to your appointment, unless the child is getting pierced. We are not babysitters so please be aware that service can be refused if children are with you without someone to look after them.

• You cannot bring your own jewellery to the appointment for fresh piercings. 

• Some piercings are anatomy dependant or are classified as advance piercings, due to this I do require people to book in a consultation before the appointment. If you book in without a consultation, you are putting your booking fee at risk of loosing it if your anatomy is not suited for the piercing.

Please note I'm not a 24/7 self employed business owner, once I'm home I won't reply until the next working day for me.

Usual hours are Monday - Friday 9:30am - 3:00pm.

On certain days I may finish a little earlier or later due to childcare plans.

During half terms, it differs, sometimes I'm off, limited time working wise (for explain summer holidays I only work during August - 3 days a week).

I do on average 1 weekend a month, which gets booked up quickly.

When it comes to social media messages or emails, I will reply during working hours (If I am working that day), once it reaches the end of the day for me work wise, I won't reply until the next working day when I am in work. Typically reply during the hours of 9:30am - 3:00pm (unless differs due to half term, illness or being a single parent haven't got the time to).
